Default Turbo Mounting Angle

I know the oil inlet should be at 12 o'clock and the oil outlet should be at 6 o'clock (when you spin centre section). But what the limits of rotating in the other plane (the one that when the turbo intake goes up, the turbo exhaust goes down)?

That makes sense, but what are the limits, does anyone have anything slightly tilted, what angle?

That is correct. You don't want more then 45 degrees from 0 in either direction, which 0 is 12 o'clock position.
