F-1 vs F1-R
I thought the F1-R was way bigger than the F-1. They look almost identical according to that chart. Give me some specs. Even if it is bigger (F1-R), why is it any better to get it, the intake and outlet diameters are 1/4" bigger but it has the same step up ratio and similar impellar rpms. Or is this just misprinted?

The impeller is the main difference.

The F1R's larger 9.75" volute will provide cooler outlet temperatures per psi of boost. The unit will also flow more air.
Just for the record ATI has an F3RRR - one of those R's does stand for reverse. : )

Richie you have a pm.
It's a Bigger blower all around. You also have to make a bracket to fit the engine you are using it on. Not too sure on how much longer it is or what is needed to try and fit one on a street type engine set-up w/AC and all that, But I may be filling you all in on that sometime in the next couple months.
I'm planning a super stout 408 build and looking at the limits of the D1-SC vs F1 vs F1-R. Seems like I'll want an F1 at the least on it but might go for the F1-R incase I want more (Yeah I'm a crazy idiot. LOL) for the street. LOLOLOL
i read it in the new GMHTP.
Josh knows a little about the Procharger stuff.

Chain-driven F4 FTW!!!
