How much can the stock block put out?

How much can the stock block put out? I have a sts turbo system. I'm trying to hit between 600-700 RWHP. Can I do this with the stock block and cubes and stay streetable and reliable? When I say block, I mean just that. Of course I will forge the bottom end. I understand the stock crank will handle 900 HP. What else needs to be replaced/added to obtain my goal.
Forged bottom end, and ARP hardware, then you should be fine with stock cubes. Is your car and auto, or stick? Because your going to need to build it, along with the rearend either way.

- How streetable is this car?
- Was there a noticeable drop in low end due to the lowered compression and massive 90mm TB?
- How is the gas mileage - not a decision maker, but I would like to know.
