feet...since that's about how many feet until they get on Elmwood street.

FWIW, everyone I know with high hp cars says that whole break-in thing is bs...most either put it on the dyno or on the strip and break it in at wot. I've read some articles that the whole taking it easy thing does more harm than good. Mine was 'broken in' on the dyno at w2w and now it's got a few hundred miles with no problems whatsoever...

As soon as the motor starts ive heard the rings are seated within 20 min of it running....

Just let me know how they break in your motor. Im really undecided how to do it. Ive heard the 20 min thing. And Ive also heard drive it like you stole it. And the 500 mile break in too.

ill have to look for an article i had, if i dont post it otmorrow morning pm me.

but when mine was broken in, it was warmed up, cool down, change oil, get the **** beat out of it on the street and dyno for like 300 miles, and then i got to drive it.

and...... 468/466 from a stock headed 408 resulted.

Try 20 seconds and the rings are definitely seated.. If not, there's something wrong
