Im going to be ordering a d1sc kit pretty soon. I want to run 11lbs. What size pulley do I need? Also when I call to order it do I tell them the pulley size I want? I new to superchargers so Im not quite sure. Thanks.

Unless you have a forged bottom end, I would not run 11 lbs of boost. I would stick to 8 psi. The ATI ProCharger D-1SC will normally come with a 4.5" blower pulley to get you 8 pounds of boost. If you have headers, exhaust, camshaft, heads, etc, these items have to be considered to get the amount of boost out of the blower that the customer desires. Headers and better flowing exhaust make the system more efficient, lowering the boost the blower will make, requiring a smaller blower pulley to spin the blower faster to raise the boost up. Camshafts will bleed off some boost through overlap, requiring a smaller pulley. Give me a call at 260 244-4808, I can get you a great price on an ATI ProCharger. Bob
