Magnacharger on an fbody, Has Anyone Ever Put A Magnacharger On A 4th Gen Ls1 Fbody? And Maybe Knows Of Any Install Kinks Or Bugs Needed To Be Worked Out With It? I Know Its Mainly For The C5 And That The C5 Has A Longer Crank Pulley Than The Fbodies So Im Wondering About The Accessory Belts Alignment? This Is Something Im Considering Doing, Its Not Definate Im Trying To Weigh My Options Between This And Maybe A Procharger, And The Only Reason Id Go With The Magna Is Because It Has A Certain Coolness Factor To It Being a roots style blower.
It will be sitting under your windshield cowl so you will have to cut it. You'll need to change the pulley system to either the Corvette (and change all your accessories) or you can get them fabricated for less hassle.
It has been done and there is a 98 or 99 Camaro for sale still that has one installed.

http://www.hawksthirdgenparts.com/co...999_camaro_z28 found this, im wondering how much cutting and welding was needed to do the cowl. i figure i wantto just do a magna on my motor and only have like 6psi or 7psi on it and ill be happy, i figure it will put me above 500 and thats where i stand with the spray.
