Default LT1 FMIC pics

Thanks to my buddy Kevin (Blown SS) for helping me out with the mounting and letting me do this at his place. That thing isnt going anywhere. Now I just need to get time from work to finish the rest of it

Anymore front shot pics w/ the front clip on? Trying to see how much you cut where the fogs use to sit. Thanks!

Looks good. Hope you have a new bumper cover it would be a shame to do a good install and leave a cracked bumper cover on there.

I would enlarge the fog light openings where they almost meet and install a mesh grill to protect the intercooler which would add some stiffness to the bumper cover. I used 3M body shop adhesive to secure the mesh grill to the inside of the bumper cover. The bumper cover was a little flimsy when the opening was made, but with the addition of the mesh grill, the bumper cover was really stiffened up. I bought the mesh grill from Summit Racing. I know that my car is a Formula... but you get the idea.

Maybe I'll pick up a '93-'97 Trans Am front bumper cover, modify it as described, and sell them to guys with FMIC on their Trans Ams on an exchange program (core)... plus a few dollars for my efforts. In my spare time of course.

Its not cracked, its just the way the light is shining on it.

I only have one other pic of the front end but its not a very good one. I basically cut off eveything black where the fog lights used to be

I didnt even look at it that way until you mentioned it but it does. I think it was the drop light cord giving it the cracked look
