Don't go FI if your looking to do it cheap. You probably wont listen to me or anyone one else who tells you to stay away, but I have to say it. When I planned my setup, I priced everything out, then added $1000 in extra cash just "in case". I spent that $1000 pretty quickly. You CAN NOT be cheap and do FI, period.
STS kit will get you those numbers pretty easily and is pretty much budget oriented as they come.
As for the best kit.....what can you afford
