Power differance between mid frame and large frame turbos???
Like the title says I was wondering if there is a differance in power or power curve depending on the turbo frame size as long as its say a 76MM midframe compared to a 76MM large frame. If not whats the advantages of the larger frame turbos??? Any responses would be great thanks guys.

Here's what it brakes down to in my understanding.
Small frame = T4 compressor, T4 exhaust (IE, PT76-GTS)
Mid frame = T4 compressor, T6 exhaust (IE, mid frame T76 with a F-trim turbine, PT88 T6 housing)
Large frame = T6 compressor, T6 exhaust (IE, PT91.5, GT47-88, PT101, etc)
So the only "large frame" 76mm turbo would be like a few cheater turbos PTE/ITS offer with a 94-ish mm wheel necked down with a 76mm inlet reducer. Obviously the result is more power with more lag, just like going bigger on any turbo.
