Car dying middle of 3rd

My car is showing 5#'s and pulls great thru 1st and 2nd gear however when i hit 3rd at about 5k it falls dead on its face.. Fuel pressure is set at 7psi and goes to about 10 at wot.. Fuel system is aeromotive a1000 w/ bypass regulator.

What is your air/fuel ratio at under wide open throttle? Bob

Also, what do you have your sparkplugs gapped to? Bob

They are gapped at 28 so they shouldent be getting blown out .

Sounds like the fuel is being pushed out of the bowls or it's just flooding the motor with fuel.
A wideband A/F would tell you

Yeah i dident look at my LM1 i was busy trying to keep the car straight
