HP/boost limit on a T67

I also am curious as to the limit, I am making 523/545 @10psi with my t67, I have been told that the max efficient boost is about 14psi or so. I will find out soon when I try 13 and 14psi @ the the dyno this week.

You can make the turbo show 18-19psi by blowing the gate. But its what we call ghost boost. Most we go is 14-15psi before things really start to heat up on the inlet discharge.

there is a truck in my area with the 5.3 motor, 6.0 heads, LS6 cam and the STS with the GT67 making 630 to the wheels and climbing letting off at 4500 rpm where he has to shut down due to no fuel.
