Default First test drive on the new setup

So we had a somewhat successful test drive on the new setup, it was still on the old boost tune (which was setup for 60lbs at the rail)

Our goal was to just drive around the block without a problem, we fired it up and drove it around, everything seemed ok but half way around a injector got pushed out of the rail into the manifold enough to leak fuel out, which we did not notice until we got back to the driveway

Anyway the new turbos whine pretty good, any normal driving and you can hear them over the open downpipes which just dump in the bay, also the twin A1000 pumps are real loud and in the passanger compartment, you can also hear the turbos over them and when I touched the throttle it was even louder.

Oh and if anyone has suggestions on why my injectors pop out of the rails / don't bolt up close enough to the manifold I'd like to hear them, Aeromotive rails ls6 intake.

I measured a stock injector for you. Center of o-ring top to center of o-ring bottom = 2.55 inches. Total length tip to tip is 2.85 inches. If your injectors are close to those dimensions, you have rail/bracket problems.

Racetronx injectors are 2.84in long as per the dimensions on their web site.

Your rail brackets are flexing or out of spec. My FAST rails have cast aluminum brackets that attach to the stock mounting holes. Sometimes it's a pain to install because everything has to be aligned perfectly since it clamps down so tight. You push the rails down by hand, then press on them to get the bolt started, then torque it down.
