blower questions from a newbie
looking to get about 700 to the street out of a 383 LT1. I think I am leaning towards a vortech, but I have no reason why.
First, what do all the trim levels differentiate (sp)?
Can someone please go into detail about what the vortech YSi kit entails.
what changes the trim level of a blower? ( T trim, ect... )
I know with the centrifugals, you can run a bit higher compression, but what is safe? I don't think that you can build a motor to 10:1 and push 20 psi into it but it would be nice.
Lastly, for now, can you change the boost levels of a blower without changing/upgrading the unit?
I know I'm leaving alot of things out, but this should help me alot
