a/f ratio wrong help!!!

a/f ratio wrong help!!! well heres the deal....
My lap top took a **** and i lost all my tuning stuff with it
. My car has beed throwing MIL lights on and off and it's been locked in at 14.7:1 air fuel wide open, cruising, everywhere...
So i had my buddy at chevy scan it with a Tech 2. pulled up codes for both frt O2 sensors. we cleared the codes and i put 2 new delco sensors in it.
Now it runs fine(always did). air/fuel is a lil differednt all over the tune. But its running at 15:1 or so wide open as opposed to 11.2:1 like i have it tuned for. I have no changed the tune at all since like january when my lap top crapped out.
Anyone got any ideas? I'm baffled
