Most Important To A S/C
Most Important To A S/C I'm trying to decide what heads to go with Dart 225 or AFR 225. What I'm trying to figure out is what is most important for a s/c good flow exhaust port or a good flowing intake port (I know good flowing heads are important period but is one port more important than another in a s/c case)? The reason I ask this is because just comparing flow numbers from each company Dart and AFR int. port flow about what for what but AFR's exh. port flows a little better than Dart's. The setup that I'm going with is a 402 with a Kenne Bell S/C. My goals are the see at LEAST 600rwhp/600rwtq.

Id say the exaust is more important. The blower will get the air in there even with a slightly smaller intake port, but you then have alot of spent gasses that need to get out somehow and dont have any extra help like the intake side does.
