Default oil problem

I have done a search and did not get the answer Im looking for....

I currently have a gt4276 on my 383 LT1, and just got it started up and after running for a min. it gets oil in the exhaust and smokes. now I know that I need to put a restriction in the oil feed line, because I've got 50psi oil pressure at idle. I know that ppl have been installing n2o jets in the lines, but how are you doing this?

also I have a -10 Return line ans has a 3" drop from turbo to oil pan, but if you think that still needs looking at say something and give me some info.

the install of the jet is my main question.

just get an AN fitting and cut the end off of it and put the jet on it. I think for a journal bearing you use a .060 hole.

Just to clarify, your gt4276 was a new turbo and your using a -4 feed line?

Here is one restrictor but I've seen better.

One of the coolest ones I've seen has a male -4 fitting and bolts to the turbo, and its a restrictor which can be drilled to the correct size.
