Could I be losing boost somewhere?

Could I be losing boost somewhere? Hi guys, I have A&A P1SC kit and I was running a 4.00 pulley and making around 9 psi. I swtiched to a 3.85 pulley and i'm seeing a gain of .5 to.75 psi in boost. I figured I would see alot more but i'm not. I don't see any signs of belt dust or slippage-in my logs the boost curve looks nice and smooth. My crank pulley is 7.5 and i figure the blower rpm to be around 52,000 so I'm defintely nowhere near overspinning it. I'm thinking maybe some boost is leaking out through my bypass or maybe I'm just maxing out the P1SC? Could it be my filter is restricitng flow? Do you guys run your airfilter at the track?
