Default What size intercooler?

My mod are in my sig. I'm planning on getting a intercooler off TRT but wasn't sure if I should go with the 3inch thick or 4. I'm gonna be running a T76 turbo w/ nitrous soon, do you think the 4 inch would be the better choice.

Run the 4", makes quite a difference, especially if you plan on running higher boost, it should bring the IAT's closer to ambient.

Are they pretty easy to install? Do you know if there is any customising needed. What about boost loss from the addtional piping.
