STS and SFCs will they fit and any sugg.?

ok so I have the STS kit on my car and I want subframe connectors. do they fit? if so anything I need to know before trying it or purchasing the SFCs ?? thanks in advance for your help.

ive read that the kit will not hold SFC's. Only one SFC can be used.

looks like my subframes will be coming off didnt even think of that when i bought the kit oh well.
