I'm kicking around the idea of doing a twin turbo setup in the future and I was curious how much a whole system weighs. I know there are a few variables but just a ball park idea would work.

You're correct - it entirely relies on the system you choose and the size of your turbos. Even a decently sized T3 turbo can weigh in the area of 36 to 40 pounds. Add in your flanges, bungs, clamps, connectors, waste gates, blow off valve and you'll likely have 100 - 125 lbs. in just a small T3 system.
If you'd like, I can weigh several turbos and parts for you later today and give you a better idea.
