Pulley change questions
Pulley change questions I'm upgrading my p1sc from a 6 rib to a 12 rib setup and i'm having problems.
The new blower pulley sits too close to the blower and does not line up with the rest of the pulleys.
Is there a spacer or something that I need? The new idler pulley came with something that looks like a bushing that the old one did not have, what do I do with this?
If anyone has any pictures or knows where I could find some instructions on how to do this that would be awesome!
I also need to know the torque value for the idler and blower pulley bolts?

You will need to take a look at the install manual. There are different lengths in the hex stand offs for a 8 or 6 rib setup.. Not sure about a 12 rib.

are you referring to the bushings that the idler pulley bearings ride on? My P1SC idler pulleys have two bushing each that meet in the center of the bearing...the bolt inserted through them...
