Default Starting FI from Scratch

I am in the process of buying a 2002 TA with auto from a guy that has only 14K miles on it. The only thing he has done is install a Flowmaster cat-back. I have already made a list of parts I want to install like suspension, chassis, headers/y-pipe, TC, and maybe some rearend parts. I want to add a Procharger to it, but for now I don't want to crack open the motor too much. I might change the valve springs and rocker arm ratio, but at this time I don't want to do a head/cam package. I was aiming to get 450-500 at the wheels. This car is not going to be used for drag racing too much since I have a second car for that. I am thinking about getting the Race D1SC kit. Can I slow down the blower enough to make 9psi of boost or should I got alittle higher? I like to keep everything a bolt-on if I can. I have also add a W/I kit and either a in-line or in-tank fuel pump to my list.

I made that comment because for a few reasons. First, eventually I will be putting a 382 stroker motor with head and cam when I feel the stock motor is worn. I feel after that I would max out the P1SC. Second, I like to get the 8-rib pulley and 4.5" ICs for the same reason as well as I know a guy that has the 6-rib with 7psi having slippage issues. Third, I stated that I wasn't going to use this for drag racing too much. I will every once in a while, but I am more worried about the rearend and tranny breaking. I just want to whip on some European cars here in Germany on the highway. Finally, nothing is more intimidating that a blower whine which the D1SC does more.

My Formula back in Indy made 465whp on a bone stock motor with stock exhaust manifolds and 150-shot of nitrous running 11.60s in the quarter. I have seen guys run high 10s with just full exhaust and a D1SC.
