Default What belt do I need????

Well so far Procharger has sent me a pulley that was built wrong, and two belts that are too short Does anyone know what size belt I need to run on my P1SC with a 7.65 crank and 3.40 blower pulleys? I'm a little frustrated and sick of waiting days at a time over something so stupid!

We install belts on these blowers all the time that at first would appear too small, so you might want to try rolling it on. Keep in mind that after a half hour of use, these belts stretch. We pick up extra belts at our local Napa, if the belts you have are truly too small, you can take one with you to get one that is slighty larger. Bob

Well I finally got it on and boy was it a bitch! I'm a little pissed off right now though because when I ordered it I said I want to be between 12-15psi and I just took it out and the highest it got was 8-9 tops! So I only gained about 4psi going from a 4.25 pulley to a 3.40 pulley I guess i'll check it again and tighten it if need be. Does anybody else have this pulley setup on a P1SC? How much boost are you running?

Your problem could be something other than the pully. I am not familiar with how much boost each pulley should add, but you might want to double check other things like any silicone leaks or loose clamps.

put the belt on the head unit pully and start it on the crank pully as far as you can then use a ratchet to turn the crank. it will walk the belt into place
