I dynoed 680rwhp a few years ago and went 9.4@143.

This time car did like 800rwhp and so I guess it should go faster.

I can't make MIM unfortunately, so the next time I get it out might be 10.14.06.

Boost ---> boost parameters...that's where you have to set the rpm for it to kick on. Just make sure your timing retards are zeroed out (ever try running 6 deg of timing at 4k I did once because it was trying to pull 50 degrees out lol).

Then you'll see 'starting line timing.' PM me your cell if you need me to get more specific...

Congrats on getting back to the track. It has been a while. And welcome to skating with the power of turbos. Only advise I would give is to get use to the turbo before you go all out. Turbos are way different that any thing else -- in a good way

Just for ***** and giggles, I found my SS likes 3900 2-step. Stage by bumping in, set trans-brake. I try to bump in 1st, that way the by the time the lights go down, the turbos are already fully spooled. You do have to watch out for the a-hole that tries to "burn" you down.

Yeah, I give PSJ props for keeping it off the wall. When I saw it get loose on the top end and in the other lane I thought it was all over, but John drove it out well.

Congrats on the run PSJ, sounds like you had your hands full!

I'm just glad to see you actually do have a real car, that others have seen I was starting to think it was just some sort of local legend, like bigfoot, or loch ness monster :jest

Car sounds cool launching off the 2step, sounds even cooler than hearing the turbo blow off.

aren't there any 24-hour deserted road "test tracks" near your house? lol

Go back on a not so busy day and get some seat time. Sounds like that track sucks for prep though.

When it gets cold and night falls at GLD, the track gets slippery unless cars are constantly running down the track. I have always noticed that GLD becomes more of a skating rink than say US41. But in their defence there were huge delays, I'm talking like 45-50 minute delays.
