Default Lt1 buildup for boost - Need help for set-up

Okay I have a 94 z28 with a sts turbo system -t67 upgrade, meth injection, 6 speed. I basically have everything upgraded to handle up to 600rwhp -Except the engine. The engine is all stock. Okay heres the deal I want to reach 550-600rwhp running no more then 15psi. I still want to use the stock lt1 aluminum heads. I have a bare block that I plan to build up. It's a stock block 2 bolt from a 94 trans am. What route should I go with that could get me those numbers using the stock heads or do I need to port the heads also to reach those power levels. Cause I was thinking about punching the block .040 forged internals and running 15psi on high boost

.030 over, forged blower pistons, H-beams, eagle crank, splayed 4bolt conversion, clevite H bearings, 220/220 cam, plasma rings. Id suggest some ported heads...I dont see a problem hitting 550 on 15psi. Someone else with ported heads/t70 hit 598rwhp on 10psi and let off at 5400..so its possible.

don't punch out the block at all! have it honed out 5 thou. over if poss., the strength in wall thickness is way more inportant then the cubes! it works like this... the more cubes the less boost you need to run a certain power level. but a big turbo, may flow more to get you there too, but a bigger turbo means slower spool. you should run a t76, that will get you there on pump gas. and have a lot left in it. it will spoon prettygood too.
