Default Possible Turbo Problems? HELP!!!

When I hit boost I noticed the car dosen't pull like normal and I get a sputtering sound when going into boost. When I reach full boost it tends not to hold it, the boost fluctuates up and down about a pound or so. I can also hear a piece of something inside the intake manifold ticking around like something got sucked in there. What do you guys think the issue might be? I'm guessing its the turbo so i'm goanna check it today. Does anyone have any advice.

No I haven't. I think I found the problem it might just be a poosible missfire, I replaced the plugs and wires and that didn't help so i'm guessing it a coil pack.
