Help adjusting incon wastegates!!!!!!!
half a hole is the proper preload for whatever wastegate you have. It is not really adjustable boost wise. To change boost, you should use a boost controller. I did 12-15 psi with the 4.5-5psi wastegates and a boost controller. I then did 20-24psi with these wastegates and boost controller:

I am using a boost controller, but when I set it for 15, it hits 15 and then drops to 12 . . . that's not acceptable. So you're saying that cranking the rods in will not keep those pucks from opening @ 12psi and I absolutely have to have these 13psi actuators?
So how did anarchy99 go from an opening pressure of 3psi to 9.5psi if they're not adjustable? I think I'm now confused.

any wastegate..internal or external, it is recommended to upsize the spring once you are trying to make 2x the spring pressure. ex..5psi wastegate..is good to 10psi with a boost controller
