Price of Turbo install??? I have a 2000 Camaro SS. I am planning on buying a used turbo. What is the average price to get it installed? And this is a dumb question, but when the turbo website says a turbo supports 500 hp, does that mean that the turbo will bump my hp up to 500 or does it mean that it will hold up to 500 hp? I'm new to the turbo side of things.

Install cost will vary from shop to shop but figure around $70 dollars an hour labor and it all depends on the contion of the used kit you get and how complete it is... Also how skilled the shop is. 500 hp would need an upgraded fuel system for starters.
