Turbo exhaust?

Turbo exhaust? I am getting a twin setup done and am going with turn downs off the turbos. My problem is I don't know how loud this is gonna be? I like loud but not pulled over every block loud. Or would it be advised that I go with a custom exhaust set up? I haven't really seen any sound clips for these setups and no one around here has one. I know the turn downs will produce the most power and the turbos will quite it down a bit but how much? Any advise from those with personal experience?
I have a single with a turn down and it is not really all that loud. I have drove it all around and have passed a couple of cops with no problem. It really is not the noise level that is the problem, it is the droning noise in the car. I plan on installing exhaust on it after a tubular K but for now I will run it open.

on my set up 347 cube, 224/224-114 cam through a PTE88, full 4" exhaust, then through a bullet muffler then dumped near the rear tire i thought was a bit loud, not to bad for racing, but cruisning around town it got anoying.
