As those that been following my progress know I am making good power for a stock bottom end but I now want the reliabilty of knowing I got a forged motor in there. I have a 370 shortblock with iron block, diamond pistons with a 13.7cc dish, scat rods with 2000 arp bolts, etc etc but a local guy offered me his 348 forged motor with diamond dished pistons, scat rods, etc etc neither have been run they are both new. I plan on keeping the same heads, cam (224,224 581, 581 114) headers and the same D1SC but I am going to install the 3.4 inch pulley on it for more boost so should I stay with the same size motor or run the bigger 370??
