Also it appears that the ic itself is blocking the flow of the air to the radiator. I know with stock fans it probably wont be a problem, but for those using pushers or something similar I couldnt see the car cooling on a drive.
I also think the design is lacking, if you are going to have half of the ic blocked and not getting air to it, then just make a core that fits in the area that actually sees air across it, it will be more efficient and have less pressure drop. If your customers dont want to cut up there front bumpers then get them going on a air to water kit.
