lol, ya, the boost doesnt creep up on you though, lol. It just hits you like a ton of bricks and your foot on the clutch uses the tires as a clutch in a way...

you gotta give it just enough clutch to make traction, but not enough to where you aint goin no where, lol.

hmm...seen a 1.58 60 on a vette with 540 rwhp. Seemed to hook then. How are the new mt's then? Will it be way better? Thanks for the input

have you guys tried softening up your rear shocks to help you get more traction? I tried it and it seemed to help. Plus i put my tool bag and some other **** in the t top area lol.

for just running around i have a 18 in Nitto 305/35/18 drag radial. They cant hook out of the hole but i never expected them to, they're just a hell of a lot more grippier than a regular tire and i can punch it from a roll and they'll stick.

with 520 rear wheel i ran around on a 275/40/17 bfg drag radial and they worked good but dont last for ****.

of course some of you guys are making double the power than i am so of course the tires won't hold.

if your car cant hook on a 275/40/17 m/t drag radial it aint gonna hook with a 315. you gotta dial in your shocks and torque arm to help out.

whenever i put the bottle on the car, i'm sure I will need a 18 in mickey thompson radial

There's a world of difference between the MT ET Street Radial and the Nitto DRs. The tire compound is much softer and heats up and sticks better.

I can cut consistant 1.4xs on the MT Radials on the 325/50/15s. The hook much better on the street too but they aren't as friendly in the rain after 2000 miles.

M/T's are about as friendly in the rain as Hitler in a kosher deli.

You wont hook with 315 Nitto's, there is no way. I have them, and I am not even running any FI, and I can't hook with them. Even from a 35 mph roll, I will spin through the top of first, through second, and well into third... lol

Oh yeah, and trust me they are not over inflated....

As well as BFG DR's. These are really fun in downpours.
