Default Turbo BUILDUP

I have a tti street kit on the car and it runs off the wastegate but im planning to install a electronic boost controller and get the fuel retuned to run 5 lbs. I am just wondering If i can do this and be safe on the stock block. Im sure its would probably be in the 450 to 550 rwh range. I am also really unfamilar with the idea of forged shortblocks "EX-ricer" and what i am looking at for total cost of a 347 block installed and running with my heads, because i doubt i could handle it myself.

I have the tti street kit w/ t-66 on mine, about 11k miles on it, 52k on stock bottom end, stock 317 heads, 492rwhp/578rwtq and have had absolutely no problems. I'm currently running a manual boost controller but the e-boost 2 is on its way. Recently drove mine on a 4500 mile road trip and used no oil at all. Around town mine uses little to no oil. These motors seem to be pretty stout in stock form and will handle quite a bit of power if not abused.
