408CI 9.5:1 cr, F1R procharger. What pulley combo size for 15-20 lbs boost? My inlet is 4" all the way. Thanks in advance.

I am running 8:1 compression with a 7.25" CP and 4.10" BP and only seeing about 12lbs. This is with the SCDE tensioner and a Reichard Racing blower pulley.
