Question 402 and Maggie
Will the current Maggie SC feed a 402??? Or is a 402 too much for it...

As I understand it, the magnachargers are pretty much tapped out at around 550rwhp, maybe a bit more on an absolutely ideal setup. Given that you can hit that with a 402 NA, I'd say it's too much for a maggie.

+1 on that. i believe Ed from late model performance said that the maggie isnt really good over 550rwhp. might try to go with a KB for a roots style

I don't remember seeing many, if any, 550rwhp 402s... at least not street drivable..

None of these did...

I think that thye have a new maggie, it's bigger. Did like 7xx on a vette with a 402.

Far better off either stepping up to a larger roots, or going with an ATI or Vortech. Build from the ground up, a Procharged 402 could provide all the low end grunt you need with as much top end punch as you want. As Stang's Bane said though, I do believe there's a KB unit out there that would make a 402 a true torque terror.
