Is this too much boost?

I am running a STS rear mount with upgraded T70 turbo. I have a forged motor with a little under 9:1 CR, I have -8cc dished pistons and 6.0L heads. I am running all ARP bolts the kicker is I didnt get head studs I only got head bolts so far no problems. I have had my boost set to #10 since the rebuild again no problems. I finally got my boost controller working and turned it up now I am seeing #14.5-15 I am not having any issues but I have seen on here that a couple of people have lifted a head with lower boost. I am running #60 injectors and snow meht kit I also have it set rich and a AEM WB controller in my a-piller so I am able to monitor it at all times. Also how often do I need to replace the wideband sensor? And does the AEM need to recalibrated every so often like a Innovate system?

look at the IAT and see where it makes heat but no more power. I imagine you are close to the max of that turbo. You wont lift the head at that level if your tune is straight. If you wb is located between the engine and the turbo, remember its reading richer at WOT than it really is because of the exhaust pressure

I know the LC1 is like 800hrs of use; I don't know if the O2 they use is the same or not. Most systems will have some way of displaying an error if the O2 takes a dump, it's heater, etc...

Man I bet that thing rocks with that stalled Auto. I run 16psi with meth and pump and have given it hell for about 1500 miles at that level so far.

I believe it is detonation that lifts the head, not the addition of a pitiful 13 or 20psi more cylinder pressure. It's those extreme pressure spikes associated with detonation that does it.

The wideband on my AEM was good for almost a year.

I also have a LM-1 kit that in their instructions they want you to recalibrate the O2 every so often thats why all the questions about the AEM.

This thing is really fun to drive I am building a TH400 as we speak.
