Default Turbo frame question

I'll use a t-76 gtq as my example for this question. What type of designation is used to describe the physical "size" of the turbo (ie exterior dimensions)? Also, what is the 76mm the largest size they make for the frame? (I hope my terminology is correct. )

Its considered a small frame turbo. As for the largest true 76mm unit. Well that would probably be the S76, which is a mid-frame unit.
