Stock ls1 with 95000 Would i have to rebuild my whole engine with forged parts if I put this on it..... Its not too much and not too little. I will be keeping it an everyday car.. i need something fast. And i really only wanted to run tops 6 lbs of boost.

Not if the engine is in good shape, and if you are disciplined enough to keep from turning up the boost once it's on!
The mileage doesn't really matter - it's the overall engine condition. If it were mine I would do (or have done) a compression and leakdown test, and if the numbers are reasonable, go for it.
