I don't think one is more destructive than the other. If you want to get serious with either you have to build the engine for it. It boils down to preference. N2O = instant OH ****. Turbo = Freight train. I had fun with the N2O, but am going turbo now. Turbo is way more money, and a lot more crap under the hood, but it doesn't run out.
