Default Apexi AVC-R help

ok, i'm about to completely give up on this thing and put a manual controller in it's place. w/ the settings turned off, i've got a constant 6.5 psi. then when we go to turn it to setting 1, it goes to 20 psi regardless where we set it. we've tried .6 bar @ 50% to .8 bar at 75%. still 20 psi. another problem we're having is now i'm only seeing 18 psi in fourth gear. most tuning was done in third gear romps, so i don't know if i was ever seeing any more or less boost in other gears. now on the datalog at the track, i'm seeing 10 psi in first, 12 psi in second, 14-16 in third, and 18 in fourth. does anybody understand this japanese contraption enough to help?

I went through two of them. Both defective. One guy at LPE almost lost an engine with one. I went to EBoost2 and never looked back.

They can work very well indeed.....

But are a total PITA to setup. Sell it and buy something easier. It will do the same job anyway.
Half the features the AVC-R as arent even necessary for 99% of people.
