Do you think if I used that turbo in a TRT Setup that it would be any less efficient at making 500whp on pump gas then the GT67 or something like that?

My buddy has one and is selling it and he would give it to me for a great price. Think it would work?

Yes it would be less efficient. Especially since its only a 61mm.

But the spool time should be sweet as hell and I should be able to make 500whp on pump with it though right? I am also concerned with it being able to pull to 6k without an issue.

Pulling to 6K will be a negative. The engine will get there, but power and boost will drop off way before. Also 500rwhp on pump gas maybe doable with that turbo....but not much more. It will be discharging quite a bit of hot air at anything more then about 500-550rwhp.
