Ok, well here are a few options, let me know what you guys think..

Install a ball 1 psi check valve in the feed line

Create an accumulator for this turbo

Run both a check valve i nthe feed AND accumulator.

Run a check valve in feed AND a bigger check valve in the drain line to the pump.

Get a second gearstar pump and run one per turbo.

Let me know what you guys think, these are all some great ideas and input here and i greatly appreciate it. I'm going to call up Billy at TRT tomorrow if i get a chance and hear what he thinks since i know he build a low twin turbo road race Trans Am with scavenge pump(s) and deals with the STS set ups.

As for check valves, do i want Buna-N Seat, or Viton Seat?

Thanks!

Maybe I've missed it, but does it only smoke when on boost or even just driving around(zero boost)? I was told that once the oil passed thru the seal, you are more likely on a barrowed time. I was dealing with the same problem on my set-up (well, still is ) on the drivers side, I tried a .030" restrictor (as told by Jose @ F.I.) and it fixed all the smoking problems ....for about 1 month, but eventually came back slowly .It was kinda weird co'z there were days that it does'nt smoke at all, but goes back to smoking the next day especially when on boost. So, I decided to just upgrade to a new pair which I've yet to receive (turbine wheels are on back-order) . Well, I hope you'll find a much cheaper and simplier solution compare to mine. Good luck!

Seem's like alot of thing's to do just for the oil issue. I would also call TRT to find out what they say. Best of luck,I am sure it's a pain for you, especially just getting it running.I am sure you want to give it some hell!!!

Yea, well i couldnt get the car fully tuned due to the leak so i have not gotten into boost yet. Searching for solutions still. I messaged Kurt @ W2W about just having them finish the car. Im going to try talking with them tomorrow and i might take that route. Keep the input flowing! Thanks!

I am just surprised that your turbo's did not already come with restrictor's.Mine did,so hopefully they are the correct one's that are in it?
What dos the people that you bought the kit from say about fixing the issue you are having?

Having a scavenge pump really complicates the problem. If they were higher and would gravity drain, i bet i wouldnt even have any issues. The size of restrictor is just basically guess and check... Im getting tired of turbo oiling! I just want it fixed so i can drive it!

you ever get it solved? I never heard from you. On the road race car, I used an STS pump, mounted lower than the turbos. From the pump, I split the return and ran into each side of the front cover. As far as feed, I used a single -4 feed and then split it into 2 -3 lines; one to each turbo. Hope this helps.

Thanks Billy, i tried tinkering with it and it ended up being a bad turbo. Would sit there and leak everywhere with no feed or drain line even attached! I shipped it out the other day for a rebuild. Hopefully it wont leak when i get it back! Thanks for the help.

Could you not keep the scavenge pump on after shut down for a second or two in conjunction with a 1-2psi check valve before the turbo feeds and pull most of that off? Or would that be bad?

I know Superman got his deal figured out but others may still have this problem.
