thanks everybody, feels good.

like i said it made 146 and change the previous pass but caught the 6800 limiter at the end. i moved it to 7k and moved the boost up another 1.5psi which eclipsed the 19 i forgot i set the obs at.

rpm providing it should end up something like 9.5 at 150 on these tires... which would be pretty f'ing sweet.

its a 4l80, and the auto def gets it done easier at the track

the tire im running on is the 315/35/17 mt drag radial

the wheels are 17" iforged seneka's

dustin i'm considering running this sat at vmp for the pontiac thing, but i dont really understand the flyer.. when the class is that i would be in etc.

WE would be in the Super Pro Class unless you dont use a Transbrake and 2 Step.....
Im just going to get some passes in with good Track Prep.....

Yeah i dont plan on being a Competitor...
There are three runs for your dial in and then its Brackets....
So Four passes and then exhabition runs.
My 2 step isnt set-up correct either.....
Im working on it.....
I really want to see what these tires can do with a prepped track...

So are you going to use this one on the asphalt, or go off-roading next to the strip like last time? J/K, but someone has to bust your ***** for crashing that sweet ride you built before.

Yeah I just ment in general you need to come down to VMP on a Sat. evening T&T when they're not busy. With the big events, they normally will inspect that cars more and make sure you have all the required stuff. I know they got on me the first time I had my car out there since it was a big weekend. Since then i've just went on non busy days and they really didn't even look at the car or care. Idk if they would say anything about your cage or not though.

As far as the class and times, Kyle answered most of it. I would call up VMP and confirm anything else you need to know. They been helpful for all my questions in the past.

its great, from the outside the car sounds like it is stock with a thunder 224 cam or the like, headers with cats, and then this muffler.

when in reality its a fairly beefy cam but on low compression, and 3.5" straight to the muffler and twin 3" out
