Default Oil problem with turbo

Seeing how my engine has 95k miles and i dont know the history of it,

what if...

Somone used that "no smoke" oil treatment and i were to tap the oil pan, would that oil somhow interfer or put a drag on the turbo it self?

seems pointless to ask, but im just being carful, F/I cost money!

And if there were "no smoke" in the oil, all i would have to drain is just keep pouring oil in there to flush correct? or good oll seafoam!! gotta love that!
