Default Ls6 fbod?

search isnt working again..... whats rewuired to drop an ls6 into an fbody? a 99 trans am specifically. And how would i work 2 turbos into the equation? does anyone make a kit where the plumbing works in an fbod or is that even an issue?

If you plan on turbos, don't waste your money with an ls6. Forge an ls? with low comression pistons, decent heads, then do the turbos. An ls6 will bolt up right in place of an ls1. Unless you grenaded your ls1, I wouldn't switch. Not saying they aren't great motors, but by the time you change pistons for boost, swap heads and cam, on either motor, you have the same engine. Just my .02. Many vendors sell turbo kit for the f body.

yea thats good advice. the reason i ask is im thinking about buying a 99 trans am roller. i could go turbos or buy some heads etc and go the hole 11.5:1 compression engine that makes 500 rwhp but i dont know yet.....
