Check out our '95 Formula. I'd go with an ATI ProCharger.
This list may help you out as well.

Depends on ultimatly what you want. Neither will really give you a large power increase IMO. If you absolutly have to pick between those two, I would still say the Procharger though. STS's are junk, and have lots of flaws.

Honestly, if money is no option, why not go bigger? Go for a large front mounted Turbo, or perhaps a F1, or at least a D1SC. If you are planning on having your car setup for boost reguardless, you might as well spend a little more and go big.

I have longtubes on my 97 LT1 Camaro, and I went with a D1S-C proCharger. The reason I did that was because of the LT's. If I didn't have them on I would have went rear mount. That and I already had all of my exhaust stuff ordered. That and no one has a ProCharger in my town.. Or a rear mount for that fact..

I went with the STS kit myself. I liked not having cramped hood space and heat buildup. I use to have a p600b and they are good kits but i like the STS better. If you have headers know this- you will loose a little heat using headers, but under advice from other STS users i am having my headers coated with the black coating good to 2300f. Wrap also comes with the kit for the exhaust but if it's coated imo i think it'll last longer. But no matter what you decide make sure you do your research and get a good tune with it. And most of all enjoy it!
