I dont know why but im going to sell my procharger setup. I need the money to buy a mill for my parts business.

I will post pictures as soon as i can.

8000.00 invested plus countless hours of machining and design. HAVE ALL PAPER WORK

Let me describe my system to you. When i was looking at buying a procharger system i wanted to figure out a way to turn the airflow on and off to the motor on the fly (for racing rice). My car had enough power to make me happy for everyday but when i was going to race i wanted to be able to open the gates of hell on there punk asses. I didnt want to mess with nitrous so this is what i came up with.

Ive got a electric operated valve between the supercharger and the y pipe that routes the air either to the motor or just blows it off as waste. there are two other servo operated valves that open when the motor is running N/A. This system is kick *** and works perfect.
For the extra fuel im using a carroll supercharging SUPERFUELER with a custom made injector tube that mounts right after the MAF sensor. Ive heard a bunch of guys talking about how aux injectors dont work because the manifold is "WET". well my setup works perfect because i checked each cyclinder with a egt valve and there is no leanout on any cyclinder. the reason it works is you have a tornado (supercharger) blowing and mixing the gas and air together.

THIS WILL MAKE YOUR MOTOR LAST ALOT LONGER BECAUSE YOU CAN RUN IT IN EITHER N/A OR F/I MODES. GREAT FOR STOCK BOTTOM END EVERYDAY DRIVERS


Whats included in the system.

THE WHOLE SETUP ONLY HAS A MONTH WORTH OF USE. I ORDERED THE PROCHARGER IN THE FALL AND IT TOOK ME ALL WINTER TO COMPLETE IT.

Procharger P1SC setup

4 and 7 psi pulleys

STEEL IDLER

custom valve assembly (blower valve and 2 servo operated air valves)

fuel system (aeromotive EFI regulator, procharger fuel pump, russel braided lines and fitting, CARROL SUPERCHARGING SUPERFUELER (VERY COOL), 3 32 LBS INJECTORS MOUNTED IN ALUMINUM TUBE) SUPERFUELER CONTROLLER IS MOUNTED BELOW KENWOOD RADIO (NOT INCLUDED) IN A CUSTOM CNC MACHINED ALUMINUM MOUNING PLATE. 3 KN AIRFILTERS

IN CAR WIDE BAND O2 SENSOR INCLUDED (WWW.TECHEDGE.COM.AU) WITH L1H1 SENSOR.

ALL ELECTRONICS ARE MOUNTED IN PROJECT BOXES AND ALL WIRING IS TOP QUALITY WITH WATER TIGH WEATHER PACK CONNECTORS (JUST LIKE ENGINE CONNECTORS).

Sounds like that was quite the modification. I would have thought to do some type of clutch engagement like on the AC compressor. Switch SC on and off and looks/sounds a lot cleaner. JMO though (never tried it, but i'm sure it would work)

I already thought about that. the problem with a electric clutch is its going to need to hold about 30-40 HP because thats what the blower takes to spin at redline. and your going to have one hell of a time fitting a big *** clutch in the cramped supercharger area. the valve is alot cooler because the blower is making noise all the time. you would still need some sort of air valves to let air in the motor because breathing threw the supercharger isnt efficiant.


This system kicks ***. there is no need to use LS1edit (big headache) or a POS FMU. the superfueler controller is really cool.
