no ac right now, but i need to stop being lazy (well working on other junk) and see if i can relocate the compressor so i can hook it back up.

no, that just moves the dryer, i need to move the compressor since i have a truck manifold kit with a 4" downpipe going were the compressor used to sit.
i would just have to disassemble my kit part way and see if its possible to fab it up, dont know yet.

I see isn't the compressor bolted to the block with four bolts when its there? We had a very hard time squeezing a 3" downpipe pass the compressor.

after work today I drove straight to Advanced Auto and picked up one of those r134a recharge bottles with the gauge attached. I recharged my system right there in the parking about 5 minutes and its working perfect now.

On the way home I couldn't help but LOL at the fact that I was driving in stop and go traffic in a 10sec car with the AC blasting.

I still have mine, puts out some supa cold air too! I won't ever pull it off this car either...Neither I nor my lady like to sweat...at least not in the car anyways
