Needed good tuner in Maryland

Ive got my D1SC on and it pulls awesome in higher rpms. But, I am not happy with steady cruise and mid range performance. I get a lot of hesitation through the mid range, bottom end feels flat. I got a "safe" tune from Diablo in it. It runs really rich, and I think it could run alot better. Ive also lost 5mpg since installing.
Is there a shop in maryland that specializes in supercharged LS1 tuning? Thanks lug

Thanks for the leads guys. I spoke with Fbody central in Bmore. They sound pretty cool. They recommended removing the MAF for better tunability, and drivability. Sounds like a good plan to me!
