Default please look over my setup comments/suggestions?

Okay I've been spending a good amount of time trying to decide where to go with my new project and here goes.
ENGINE
6.0l block bored .030 over, diamond custom boost pistons w/diamond select rings 8.75 c/r,lunati pro mods rods(with arp rod bolts),stock crank with arp main studs, tea stage 3 6.0l heads(also o-ringed& arp studded),ls6 ported oil pump from thunder racing, federal mogul main and rod bearings, jwis timing chain,ls1 motorsports t-76 turbo kit (15-20 psi)

The ?'s I have are
1. Will a dual intank walbro setup with
big 80-90lb injectors and the high impedance injector driver suffice for my fuel system? Will I need anything like aftermarket regulator or anything?

2. Would it be worth it to try to off set grind the crank for more displacement it seems like the 396 setup wouldnt be very expensive, but I know that some 6.0l blocks cant be bored .060 over, and tea doesnt have a cnc program for a 4.060 bore, does it have to be opened up to 4.060 or can I stay with the 4.030 bore? Then have the pistons built to achieve the 8.75 c/r?
3. How much power do you think it would be albe to make?

Any comment or suggestions are welcome im trying to get the best setup for the money I have to spend

I,m building a very similar setup right now.Only difference is callies stroker crank 9/16 studs top and bottom copper gaskets.Would stay with 4.030 bore, with that much boost block integrity is more important than extra inches, offset grinding crank unnecessary.20psi could probably make 800-850 flywheel hp,doubt if 6sp will take it.I will post dyno #s when ready(4-5 weeks)thru th400.

seeing as one walblro in tank can turn 600rw i think its safe to say that two could do 1krw.. so my answer is yes. you would definitely have to run something like a -10 feed line to a set of aftermarket fuel rails and a -6 or so return line and a good aftermarket pressure regulator
